NEW   -   Coming Soon   -   "Limited Lumber Sales**"

tentatively scheduled to offer this service starting in SPRING 2023

We are "select cutting" our property in New Summerfiled for the overall Health of our property and to replant it.  Rather than have a logger pay us pennies on the dollar and destroy our property for cleanup, we are small scale logging it ourselves and will turn our logs into profitable lumber to sell.

Followed up by replanting to insure a beautiful and sustainable resource.

   OTHER Details

Lumber is "Rough Sawn", directly "off the sawmill"

Lumber is considered "Green" and IS NOT air-dried, kiln dried, heat

    treated, sterilized, graded, or stamped.

Lumber is untreated and unfinished.  Lumber may have "saw marks".

Lumber may contain "Defects" and we offer No Guarantees of any kind.

Lumber may contain some "wane" (rounding or bark on the edges)

unless you specifically say No Wane.

Lumber order may be "Sticker-Stacked, "Dead-Stacked", and / or

banded when picked up (depending on pick up schedule)

Lumber lengths will be 2" - 8" longer than the length stated and the

ends will not be squared off.

NOTE:  In regards to lumber size, we highly recommend you have us

"Over-Size" your lumber to account for defects such as sawing

defects, lumber shrinkage, minor size differences, stresses in the

lumber and allow plenty of extra for drying, flattening, planing,

sanding, and finishing down to your desired size needed.

Again, this is "ROUGH Sawn" lumber off the sawmill and not

                 a finished product!

Furthermore:  If lumber is to be used for Support Structures of any kind,

please consult local officials, an engineer / architect,

insurance company, mortgage holder, your tradesman,

your end-user, and/or other to get their approval to use

green, rough sawn, ungraded, un-stamped lumber on

                            your project.
